INSTRUCTOR: Lara Cassidy
Award winning filmmaker, Lara Cassidy, contracted "filmmaker's fever" in 1996 when she directed her first music video for Bravo!Television, “Nova Scotia Ocean Fantasy.” The video quickly soared to number one on the music charts and Lara’s directing career was born. From then on, she moonlighted between her roles as CEO of The Cassidy Group Talent Agency and music video director. She sold her agency in 2002 and joined Curve Media Design. With Lara at the helm, the company quickly morphed into Curve Productions Inc. Since then she has produced, directed and written projects in multiple formats and genres: documentaries, television commercials, corporate media, short films and even live music specials. Lara is currently developing 2 feature films.
